AMC’s second and more successful production racer which is simply a 7R with a larger piston, cylinder and head. Otherwise, the bikes were the same. This is a matching numbers bike (transmission, engine and frame) which is rare because the magnesium crankcases would break and need to be replaced. My son races one of these in Vintage racing (but not with a magnesium crankcase)
